That is the reason why it is so important to improve the nutrition to prevent directly these diseases. Fresh vegetables and fruits, few sugars, hart food and a life style are the best garanty for a good oral health.

Our specialised dental staff (Dental Hygienists) are able to inform you comprehensively about diet and develop strategies to prevent future diseases.

The second key for oral health is the perfect cleaning of the teeth. Our specialised staff check you mouth cleaning abilities. They recommend you sometimes electric or ultrasonic toothbrush or mouth rinse to improve the quality of the cleaning. In case of halitosis a tongue cleaning training can be recommended.

Principles for oral health a whole life

  • Dental check twice a year
  • Tooth brushing twice a day with a toothpaste with fluoride
  • Brush the gums following the recommendations of the dental hygienist
  • Daily cleaning the intendental space with dental floss oder dental brushes
  • Check your nutrition, no between meals
  • Sweets without sugar (xylit, Aspartam)
  • Be carefull with juices. In case of parodontitis check your Vit-D levels and perhaps supplement it. Ask our staff!
